At TM Leader Contract, we carry out large-scale projects internationally. This time, in Jamaica, at the Palladium Jamaica Resort & Spa, where we have equipped rooms and common areas.

Grand Palladium Hotels & Resorts covers 9.5 hectares and consists of the Grand Palladium Jamaica Resort & Spa and the Grand Palladium Lady Hamilton Resort & Spa. The renovation project involved refurbishing the 537 rooms and several common areas of its most iconic spaces, such as the Infinity Saloon Bar, the terrace, and the lobby. The Spanish hotel group has led a major renovation of this hotel complex to adapt to new design and decoration trends, enhance its hotel offering at the destination, and continue providing an experience with all the comforts for travelers from around the world.

The Grand Palladium Jamaica Resort & Spa features a décor that blends English colonial style with modern elements and tropical touches. The facades of the buildings are painted in bright and cheerful colors, reflecting the local spirit of Jamaican housing. The interior design combines classic sophistication with exotic accessories and tropical elements. Emphasis has been placed on the use of natural materials, such as beige marble floors with touches of earthy tones, red, and green, and dark-colored solid wood carpentry, adding luxury and quality.

Timelessness, elegance, and colonial touches are the key elements that guide the design, architecture, and decoration of the renovation.

Inside the rooms, the modern and comfortable furniture stands out, as well as the timeless, elegant, and colonial décor, in harmony with the architecture of the rest of the resort. Additionally, there is a predominance of light colors combined with brown, black, and green; elements of marble and solid wood; as well as natural textures and fabrics, among which the woven fabric panel behind the headboard of the bed stands out.

A neutral color palette was the foundation of this interior design project, with decorative cushions in tones that reference the elegant detail of the existing red marble floors.

Plant fibers, essential for decorating in this eclectic style, create relaxing, serene, and warm environments. The headboards, wall lamps, and armchairs add warmth and make the space more inviting, thanks to the use of this material.

TM Leader Contract has been involved in the renovation of all room elements: bed bases, headboards, lamps, paintings, cushions, mirrors, curtains, nightstands, etc.

Some standout items include the AXEL 9276 desk chair and the ARES 1110 side table, both of which can be seen in the image below:

Common areas to impress

Regarding the common areas, the renovation has mainly focused on highlighting some of its most iconic spaces. Among them is the Infinity Saloon Bar, the central meeting point par excellence of the Grand Palladium Jamaica Resort & Spa, where guests can enjoy spectacular 180º views of the Caribbean Sea, as well as live performances and music.

In the lobby, the aim has been to further enhance the resort’s English colonial style. In this area, emphasis has been placed on solid wood and comfortable, spacious furniture. Additionally, within the reception, the standout feature is the wall cladding with white ‘treillage’ lattices and mirrors, which also draw inspiration from colonial design and perfectly complement the large, striking black lamps installed in the area. This not only adds a touch of elegance but also creates a bright and vibrant atmosphere, ideal for welcoming guests and kicking off their Caribbean vacation.

Both the abundant vegetation throughout the hotel and the use of wood are key factors in the connection between the design of Grand Palladium and its location, a beautiful tropical island in the Caribbean Sea.

Always evolving, the renovation has aimed to improve the facilities and adapt them to current needs. As part of this transformation, new categories of luxury rooms have been added, including options with private pools facing the sea, offering guests an exclusive experience and unparalleled views.

With this renovation, the Grand Palladium Jamaica Resort & Spa reaffirms its position as a leading destination in the Caribbean, combining design, comfort, and luxury in a paradisiacal setting. TM Leader Contract is proud to have been part of this ambitious project, contributing with its expertise and quality in every detail.
