From April 8 to 13, and in celebration of Milan Design Week 2025, TM Leader Contract returned to Milan to attend the 63rd edition of the Salone del Mobile Milano. Additionally, the company also participated in the Appartamento Spagnolo, part of the Fuorisalone events.
Milan Design Week is the largest and most important design event in the world, where art and product design merge each year throughout the city of Milan, bringing together designers, architects, brands, and design enthusiasts from across the globe.
An exclusive installation to celebrate the Spanish lifestyle within the prestigious Palazzo Castiglioni
Organised by ICEX in collaboration with Elle Decor, TM Leader Contract exhibited alongside 17 Spanish companies at the Appartamento Spagnolo: a concept developed by the architectural studio Calvi Brambilla that showcases the Spanish lifestyle at the prestigious Palazzo Castiglioni.
The exclusive Appartamento Spagnolo exhibition is an immersive journey into the design and identity of Spanish life. The exhibition concept focused on highlighting the Liberty style of the Palazzo Castiglioni, aiming to preserve the original decorations of the various rooms in the building.
Italian Liberty style represented by the best of Spanish design.
The Liberty style, also known as Art Nouveau in Italy, was an artistic and architectural movement from the late 19th and early 20th centuries, characterised by its focus on organic lines, nature-inspired forms, and the fusion of art and functionality. The Palazzo Castiglioni is one of the most iconic examples of the Liberty style in Milan. Designed by architect Giuseppe Sommaruga in 1901, it is considered a landmark of Italian Art Nouveau, with innovative architecture that broke away from the classical norms of the time.
A masterpiece of Milanese Art Nouveau, the Palazzo Castiglioni preserves original details that interact with a contemporary setting. Six rooms house furniture and materials from the best Spanish brands, with colour palettes inspired by historical architecture and evocative wallpaper designs.
TM Leader Contract was part of this stunning exhibition alongside other leading Spanish companies such as Gandía Blasco, Isimar, Coordonné, Crevin, Roca, and Porcelanosa, among others. TM Leader Contract showcased some of its most iconic pieces, including the Pebble sofa, the Cherry armchair, and the Umbra side table, among others.

Appartamento Spagnolo is distributed across six spaces, offering a unique view of Spanish excellence in design and materials. The exhibition spaces include: Outdoor Garden, Giardino d’Invierno, Corridoio Centrale, Liberty Room, Pavoni Room, and Sommaruga Room. Each room hosted an exclusive selection of furniture, materials, and finishes from the best Spanish brands, interacting with the charm of the building’s historic spaces, thanks to colour palettes inspired by Liberty architecture and the use of evocative wallpapers.
The exhibition is not only an opportunity to discover the evolution of Spanish design but also an invitation to reflect on the potential of domestic spaces, perfectly balancing interior and exterior. The project aims to serve as an international showcase for Spanish companies that are defining new design horizons, blending tradition and innovation.
The project plays with the contrast between the lines of the pre-existing architecture and the furniture proposals from the participating companies, focusing on colour palettes that reflect the original tones of the space and details that highlight the craftsmanship of Spanish production. By preserving historical elements (decorated ceilings, upholstery, and lamps), the intervention focuses on the floor, introducing platforms, carpets, and ceramic cladding to define functional areas and create a harmonious dialogue between the past and the contemporary.
TM Leader Contract highly values its participation in this exhibition, and we look forward to returning next year with new designs.
