Mediterranean luxury and bespoke furniture by TM Leader Contract
Overlooking the Mediterranean and set directly on Playa d’en Bossa, BLESS Ibiza The Site offers a more serene, sensory interpretation of luxury hospitality in Ibiza—one that is deeply connected to its surroundings.
The hotel opened its doors in June 2026 following the complete transformation of the former Hard Rock Hotel Ibiza. The result is a five-star property with more than 450 rooms, interiors by Lázaro Rosa-Violán Studio, and a concept that brings together design, relaxation, wellbeing and gastronomy.
For this project, TM Leader Contract developed and manufactured the bespoke furniture for the guestrooms, producing all the elements that define their different areas: headboards, minibar units, wardrobes, wall panelling, desks, sofas, seating and outdoor armchairs for the balconies, among other pieces.
Our involvement also extends to the hotel’s communal and gastronomic spaces, with furniture for the lobby, chairs for the buffet dining area and a range of bespoke pieces for restaurants including La Sabina and StreetXO Ibiza.
A contemporary reinterpretation of the Mediterranean
The interior design takes its inspiration from nautical imagery, the identity of the Balearic Islands and Ibiza’s close relationship with the sea. These references are reinterpreted through a contemporary, elegant and understated perspective.
Warm whites, sandy shades and blue accents are combined with timber, natural stone, textured glass and brass details. Light flows through the rooms, transforming the materials throughout the day and strengthening the connection between the interiors and the surrounding landscape.
The result is a form of luxury far removed from ostentation, expressed through proportion, comfort and meticulous attention to detail.
Guestrooms designed for rest
The rooms and suites translate this concept into a more intimate setting. Areas for sleeping, relaxing, working or enjoying a drink are clearly organised without introducing unnecessary divisions.
Within this composition, the furniture does more than complete the interior design. Each piece helps organise the space, define its different uses and shape the way the room is experienced.
The bespoke headboards are integrated into a system of panels, dark profiles and softly curved lines that envelops the sleeping area. The sofas, with their restrained proportions and neutral upholstery, create a separate relaxation area without disrupting circulation or competing with the views.
One of the most distinctive features of the project is the portal structure made from solid timber and fluted glass. This element adds depth and rhythm to the space, subtly separates the different areas and highlights the contrast between the warmth of natural timber and the visual lightness of glass.
The wardrobes, minibar units, desks, lighting fixtures and wall panelling are discreetly integrated into the architecture of the room, creating a continuous and coherent visual language. The curtains help control the natural light while enhancing the enveloping atmosphere of the space.
On the balconies, the outdoor armchairs extend the experience towards the Mediterranean, turning each terrace into a natural continuation of the interior.
Beyond the guestrooms
TM Leader Contract’s involvement is not limited to the hotel’s private spaces. The project also includes furniture for the lobby and several dining areas, where every piece must respond to specific requirements regarding use, circulation and maintenance.
In the buffet dining area, the chairs help create a comfortable and balanced environment designed to withstand the daily demands of a hotel of this scale.
TM Leader Contract has also developed furniture for some of the complex’s main gastronomic spaces, including La Sabina, inspired by the island’s Mediterranean character, and StreetXO Ibiza, Dabiz Muñoz’s restaurant concept, which brings his creative and urban universe to the Ibizan setting.
Each of these spaces has its own identity. The furniture was therefore developed in response to its particular aesthetic, functional and operational requirements, while maintaining the overall coherence of the project.
Bespoke contract furniture
Furnishing a hotel of this scale requires the ability to combine identity, comfort, durability and production capacity.
Every element must respect the interior designer’s vision, adapt to different room types and withstand intensive hospitality use. Dimensions, ergonomics, material resistance and ease of maintenance are just as important as appearance.
At BLESS Ibiza The Site, curved forms, soft textures and balanced proportions allow the pieces to integrate naturally without dominating the space. The furniture becomes part of a wider composition in which architecture, lighting and landscape work together.
Our involvement in this project also marks TM Leader Contract’s return to a location where the company had previously worked during its former life as Hard Rock Hotel Ibiza.
This new intervention opens a different chapter: one defined by a quieter, more sensory form of luxury, closely connected to the Mediterranean identity. A project in which bespoke furniture accompanies guests naturally throughout their stay, bringing comfort, character and a presence designed to endure.
