We would like to take this opportunity to tell you about the latest international contract project in which TM Leader Contract has participated: the Grand Bávaro Hotel in Bahía Príncipe in Punta Cana (Dominican Republic).

This hotel elegantly combines traditional Caribbean elements with contemporary touches, providing guests with a luxurious experience with a strong local identity.

We find a colonial style architecture, which we see reflected in its large balconies and high ceilings, complemented with elements of traditional Caribbean architecture, such as the use of bright colors and wood details. That is why, to go in line with the project, we have opted for warm-colored woods and light textiles. As a result, we managed to evoke the historical and cultural richness of the Caribbean.

Open and luminous spaces:

The interiors are spacious and open, making the most of natural light. In this case, the interior design plays a fundamental role, playing with light tones and large windows, and thus integrating the tropical and oceanic nature that surrounds the hotel complex.

Balance between vibrant and relaxing colors:

The color palette used in the decoration plays with vibrant and cheerful tones that reflect the vitality of the Caribbean, as well as softer and more relaxing tones, which induce a sense of calm and serenity.

In short, the Hotel Grand Bávaro at Bahia Principe Punta Cana combines the best of tradition and modernity in its style of decoration, creating an atmosphere of luxury and comfort that respects and celebrates the cultural heritage and natural beauty of the Caribbean.
