TM Leader Contract presents its first outdoor collection at Salone del Mobile 2026
On the occasion of Milan Design Week 2026, TM Leader Contract presented its first outdoor collection at Salone del Mobile.Milano: a new line created to bring contract design outdoors with the same aesthetic, technical and functional standards that define its interior projects.
The collection, developed by our design team in collaboration with Mudat Studio, was born from a clear idea: to understand the outdoors as an essential part of the contract experience. Terraces, gardens, rooftops, lounge areas and open-air spaces are no longer secondary areas. They become settings where furniture must resist, function and convey identity.
In this edition, held from 21 to 26 April at Fiera Milano Rho, TM Leader Contract took a decisive step towards a new stage for the brand: an outdoor proposal designed for hotels, restaurants, hospitality spaces and professional projects looking for design, durability and character.
Find the Unexpected: a new way of looking at the outdoors
The presentation of this first outdoor collection is part of the Find the Unexpected campaign, an invitation to discover furniture through detail, emotion and the ability of each piece to transform a space.
Outdoors, this concept takes on a special dimension. A terrace can become a natural extension of the interior. A garden can become a meeting place. A rooftop can become one of the most memorable spaces in a hotel. With this collection, TM Leader Contract proposes a more considered, versatile way of living outdoors, connected to the real needs of the contract sector.
Contract design ready for outdoor spaces
Outdoor spaces present very specific challenges: intensive use, sun exposure, changes in temperature, maintenance and resistance. The new outdoor collection responds to these needs without giving up on design.
The line brings together different product types — chairs, armchairs, stools, tables, side tables and sun loungers — to create complete and coherent environments for hospitality, restaurant, wellness and communal spaces.
More than a group of individual pieces, the collection works as a flexible system for designing outdoor spaces with their own identity. Each element is designed to fit into different environments and add value both technically and emotionally.
Materials designed to last
The new outdoor collection combines materials selected for their performance outdoors, their resistance and their ability to bring warmth to the space.
Iroko wood introduces a natural and elegant presence, ideal for pieces that seek to connect with their surroundings without losing durability. Aluminium brings lightness, resistance and versatility, allowing for clean and functional structures.
For the tables, phenolic compact laminate offers a stable and resistant solution for tabletops designed for intensive use. Braided rope adds texture, visual comfort and a more handcrafted language, while contract outdoor fabrics complete the collection with features designed for professional spaces: resistance, easy maintenance and comfort.
The result is a proposal created to last, with materials capable of responding to everyday use without losing presence or character.
Interior and exterior, the same language
One of the main aims of this first outdoor collection is to blur the boundary between indoors and outdoors. A terrace can have the warmth of a living room. An outdoor dining area can keep the same personality as the interior of a restaurant. An open-air lounge area can become one of the most memorable spaces in a hotel.
With this new line, TM Leader Contract brings its vision of contract furniture outdoors: pieces with identity, designed to last and created to accompany the real life of professional spaces.
